Shipping is from Germany. We deliver throughout the EU – quickly and reliably . Within the EU, we always ship the event package – this includes all components related to the printer , except for the coffee machine . The package is securely packed in a secure cardboard box and shipped with protection.
Please note: Delivery directly to the exhibition grounds is not possible. Delivery is only possible to private addresses , company locations , or directly to hotels .

Event package: Coffee printer with selfie cam
The package includes a coffee printer with an integrated selfie camera, a USB cable, and a power supply (230V, 60W). A spare parts kit with accessories is included. A free brown ink cartridge for up to 1,000 prints is included. Two additional brown replacement cartridges will only be charged if opened.
The software is fully unlocked. Photos, selfies, or logos can be easily uploaded via a QR code—no app is necessary, as everything is browser-based.
Optional extras include telephone or video onboarding, colored cartridges, and a robust carrying case with wheels.
A popular additional feature is the logo watermark. Your logo is automatically placed under each image and can be turned on or off directly on the device.
Important information about the event
The event coffee printer is not a coffee machine , but a dedicated printer. This means you'll also need a coffee machine or a milk frother to create the perfect milk foam. Alternatively, well-mixed cocktails or beer are also suitable for printing. It's best to use cups , as they print perfectly. Glasses can also be used, but they must be filled to the top with the beverage to ensure a clean print.
All you need for operation is a 230V power outlet . To print your own images or logos, you also need a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection or, alternatively, a mobile hotspot . This can be used to generate a QR code and enable image uploads. If no internet connection is available, images can also be uploaded and saved to the printer in advance . This allows you to access the saved content during the event and print it again and again. A selfie camera is also included , which also works in offline mode and captures spontaneous images on-site.
If the printer is delivered to the office in advance and tested there , it is absolutely necessary to reinsert the foam cartridge lock before further transport in order to avoid possible transport damage.
