FAQ

1. Printing strips or no ink coming out? Answer: Remove the silver sticker from the cartridge and blow it vigorously into both holes so that a small drop of ink comes   out of the nozzle below. 

2. Can’t upload pictures? Answer: Please check whether you are connected to the Internet. The Wlan sign must be white on the home page. It must not be a red Wlan  sign, otherwise it is not connected to the Internet and you cannot upload photos.

3. Selfie-Cam doesn’t work? Answer: If you have optionally booked the Selfie-Cam, then please log in with the device ID (settings top right six digit number) to  info@coffeecolorato.com After approx. 24 hours the update will be activated and a camera icon will appear on the start screen bottom right.
